A little over a month ago  you sold our home in Spruce Creek GC by Del Webb. In a market that was almost at a standstill, you found a buyer. You advisedand counseled us as we traversed the treacherous days of courting buyers in a buyer's market. You helped us get a price that was acceptable which was better than sitting on a property for what could have been months.
